It’s 2:38am, you’re staring at the clock – frustration builds as you calculate the hours of sleep you’ll get if you can just drift off in the next 20 minutes.
I like to call this “monkey mind,” because it's like a monkey focused on jumping from branch to branch. Sometimes, it’s tomorrow’s to-do-list. Other times, it’s the regret from past mistakes.
Either way, monkey mind prevents you from sleeping.
The hack to turning off your brain and sleeping.
The solution? A tool that has been used for hundreds of years. When it was first discovered, people claimed it was magic, and even the devils influence – but most folks in the 1700’s thought everything was witchcraft!
It was simply a POWERFUL function of the brain.
I’m talking about hypnosis, and deep focused meditation. This is the key to turning your brain off for peaceful sleep.
How to use hypnosis to help you sleep.
There are two methods that trigger sleep through hypnosis.
- Download a powerful sleep mp3 to listen to as you fall asleep (like my free version called Dream Catcher on YouTube). This will temporarily shut off your brain, allowing you to rest.
- Retrain your sleeping pattern using multiple hypnosis sessions, behavioral techniques, and psychology to fall asleep faster and sleep longer.
Though the first method is temporary, it works for those with minor sleeping problems.
More troubling sleep disorders likely require a more extensive program, which is why I developed ‘Deep Sleep for the Busy Mind' – to help people with this exact issue.
I encourage you to use the ‘Dream Catcher’ brain hack to help you sleep better tonight. You’ll have more energy in the morning and concentrate more during the day!
