100 Night Trial Return Policy

If after the first 30 nights the mattress doesn't turn out to be the right fit for you, within the first 100 nights, we'll arrange for the mattress to be removed from your home and provide a full refund. Due to the unique sleeping profile of our mattress, we require that you test the mattress for at least 30 nights prior to initiating a return.

If one or more pillows was included with the mattress purchase as part of a "Free Pillow" offer, the pillows are required to be included with the mattress in the return and removal process.  

SleepOvation LLC will cover the related charges for pick-up. However, your mattress must remain in the original country of purchase (US or Canada) at the time you wish to take advantage of the 100-Night Trial Policy. Should the mattress leave the country of purchase (US or Canada), the 100-Night Trial Policy will be nulled and void. If you return a product under our 100-Night Trial Policy that we originally shipped to an address in Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada there is a $180 fee for the mattress return. In some remote geographic areas our pick-up service is not available. In those cases, purchaser is responsible for disposal and Sleepovation LLC will require visual or written proof of disposal.

The 100-Night Trial Policy applies only to original purchasers who purchased their mattress directly from SleepOvation LLC or authorized distributors. The 100-Night Trial Policy thus only applies during the period in which the mattress is owned and controlled by the original purchaser, and is non-transferable. If the original purchaser sells or otherwise relinquishes ownership of the mattress to another, the 100-Night Trial Policy is void.

PLEAE NOTE THAT, IN ALL CASES, THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT SHOWING PROOF OF PURCHASE IS REQUIRED TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE 100-NIGHT TRIAL POLICY. This policy is limited to one mattress and/or one pillow return per customer, per household, or delivery address, and it must be exercised directly with SleepOvation LLC no later than the 100th day following delivery.

ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS WILL BE GRANTED AFTER 100 NIGHTS.

100-Day Money Back Pillow Guarantee

Sleepovation will refund 100% of your purchase price for any reason within the first 100 days from the date you receive your original pillow order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This refund will be processed within 30 days from the time we receive your returned product.

The 100-Day Money Back Pillow Guarantee applies only to original purchasers who purchased their pillow directly from SleepOvation LLC or authorized distributors. The 100-Day Money Back Pillow Guarantee thus only applies during the period in which the pillow is owned and controlled by the original purchaser and is non-transferable. To be eligible the 100-Day Money Back Pillow Guarantee, your Pillow must be clean and undamaged.

To return a pillow under the 100-Day Money Back Pillow Guarantee, you must first contact SleepOvation LLC via email (info@sleepovation.com) to get return instructions and an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. You will be asked to provide proof of the original date of purchase. You will be responsible for shipping costs of returning the Pillow. The returned pillow must clearly show the authorized RMA number on the return label.
