Introducing the
"Tiny Mattress"
The Assembly
Cushion Pocket
We take a 3" piece of high density hybrid foam optimized for our technology and cut out a 2 ¼” x 2 ¼” rectangular cylinder. This becomes the cushion element of our patented "Cushion Pocket Spring".
Cushion Pocket Spring
We then attach the Cushion Pocket to a .078" high carbon steel pocketed coil spring to create our patented "Cushion Pocket Spring", better known as the "Tiny Mattress".
"Tiny Mattress" Technology
Finally, we combine roughly 700 of these "Tiny Mattresses" to create a mattress that reacts independently to personal weight and size.
